Toasted soft rye bread topped with slices of ripe avocado and warm, deliciously melting, locally made gouda and housemade pesto dressing makes for so many wonderful textures and layers on the palate. A crisp and crunchy side salad adorned with homemade sprouts, seeds, baby tomatoes, and their amazing sesame-ginger dressing tops off this dish.
