Jon Thompson is an award-winning journalist and author from Thunder Bay. For 20 years, he has witnessed many of the events that have shaped Northwestern Ontario, producing news in every medium from nearly every municipality and over half of the region’s First Nations. Adjusting to a shift from daily news to balancing major projects, Jon is serving as a senior associate producer for the fourpart documentary Thunder Bay, which will air on CTV and stream on Crave in February.
